Through her experience she learns how to live, gaining the true will and power, she is changed from a sulky girl who is languidly lying on the backseat of a car into a lively and truly courageous girl.

--Review--

The “Spirited Away” stayed in the theaters for almost 10 months, breaking all the previous box-office records in Japan. The film is charming enough to all ages of people. It delivers one of most colorful fantasy worlds. It is a triumph of psychological depth and artistic brilliance.

Shutter Island

--Storyline--
It's 1954, and up-and-coming U.S. marshal Teddy Daniels is assigned to investigate the disappearance of a patient from Boston's Shutter Island Ashecliffe Hospital. He's been pushing for an assignment on the island for personal reasons, but before long he wonders whether he hasn't been brought there as part of a twisted plot by hospital doctors whose radical treatments range from unethical to illegal to downright sinister. Teddy's shrewd investigating skills soon provide a promising lead, but the hospital refuses him access to records he suspects would break the case wide open. As a hurricane cuts off communication with the mainland, more dangerous criminals "escape" in the confusion, and the puzzling, improbable clues multiply, Teddy begins to doubt everything - his memory, his partner, even his own sanity.

--Review--
The story follows Teddy, a federal Marshall, and his partner Chuck (Played by DiCaprio and Ruffulo). They go to this mysterious island enveloped in fog to investigate an escape. From these opening scenes, Marty has set up a dark and creepy premise.

Almost the whole movie incorporates this story as Teddy desperately tries to find the truths he seeks. Teddy is shown as a scared man; a man of war and violence as portrayed in various flashbacks. These will go on to be increasingly important as the story progresses. We follow Teddy on his quest, through every dark corridor and perilous confrontations. Slowly, we are given pieces to the puzzle, but the audience does not even realize it. For we, like Teddy, are blind. For the moment at least. It is because of this that the thrilling conclusion will leave many blindsided. But, you see, that is where this thriller becomes something more. We as the audience are put in Teddy's shoes, and we feel all the things he feels. It is a complete assault on the senses, and it works beautifully.

This is also a film I would recommend seeing a second time. In fact, it is even better the second time. All those pieces of that puzzle you didn't catch the first time, you will the second. You see, we as the audience are first put in the shoes of Teddy. The second? Well, without giving too much away, lets just say you are put in someones else's shoes entirely during the second viewing.

Shutter Island. A film that will make you question your own sanity. A film that will leave you breathless. A film that has re-ignited the thriller genre. A film that will leave you, and the main character, searching for answers.

The thrill begins when James, a nomadic vampire finds it is a challenge to hunt Bella down for her irresistible blood. Edward and his family risk their lives to protect her from the attack of James. Finally, James is destroyed.

--Review--
Twilight is the first movie adapted from Stephenie Meyer’s series of teen novels. It is a big hit with young girls. The romance between Edward and Bella was the crux of the film; it probed the timeless dilemma of wanting what you can’t have. It is an interesting and compelling story.

Dustin Hoffman - Shifu(voice)

Gary Oldman - Shen(voice)

Jackie chan - Monkey(voice)

Seth Rogen - Mantis(voice)

Lucy Liu - Viper(voice)

David Cross - Crane(voice)

---Review---

The movie start off with the a short story of lord shen, it was say that lord shen will be defeat by a black and white warrior(which is a panda) then the story goes back to Po. The story goes on to Po had a mission is to save Kung Fu which lord shen wanted to destroy. The characters have fully matured and been fleshed out to the point where even Jack Black fits comfortably as Po, though regrettably the Furious Five barely get any screen time. Overall is a nice movie to watch with your family and friend also it is worth watching it in 3D, it gives you twice the awesomeness!

I had been looking for Emma Watson's movies and found this "Ballet Shoes". Although I have no idea why it is called ballet shoes, it is indeed a good movie. We can see how the three sisters are being aspired  to be actor, aviator and ballerina.

Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chip-wrecked Trailer

Yay! Alvin and the Chipmunks is back for their third movie!
Enjoy the trailer!

Pride & Prejudice (2005)

The movie is based on Jane Austen’s novel about the Bennet family, middle class family, consisting of Mr. and Mrs. Bennet and their five daughters— the beautiful Jane, the clever Elizabeth, the bookish Mary, the immature Kitty and the wild Lydia. The mother Mrs.Bennet is anxious to marry off her five daughters before Mr. Bennet dies. The daughters are brought up with the purpose of getting married with a rich husband that can support the family. However, Elizabeth, the heroine, is convinced that she should never marry unless she feels compelled to do so by true love.

The story begins with the arrival in the neighbourhood of the rich gentleman Mr Bingley, who rents a large house so he can spend the summer in the country. Mr Bingley brings with him his sister and the dashing (and richer) but proud Mr Darcy. Mr. Darcy reluctantly finds himself falling in love with a woman beneath his class, Elizabeth who swears to loathe him forever.

The best part of the movie is when Mr.Darcy runs after Elizabeth in the rain to propose marriage. He claims that he loves her "most ardently," despite her "lower rank." Elizabeth refuses him due to misjudgments, citing his treatment of Jane and Bingley, and of Wickham, and they argue fiercely. Can each overcome their own pride and prejudice?

DARCY: Miss Elizabeth. I have struggled in vain and I can bear it no longer. These past months have been a torment. I came to Rosings with the single object of seeing you. I had to see you. I have fought against my better judgement, my family’s expectation, the inferiority of your birth, my rank and circumstances – all these things -but I am willing to put them aside and ask you to end my agony

LIZZY: I don’t understand.

DARCY: I love you. Most ardently. Please do me the honor of accepting my hand.

I am a fan of Jane Austen's movies and have watched almost all of famous movies of Jane Austen's novels. And I want to recommend to watch this one "Pride and Prejudice". I particularly like Mr.Darcy's character and the acting of Matthew Macfadyen as Mr.Darcy makes it more vivid, I would say. Even though he is proud, everything he does proves his love towards Elizabeth. The flow of the movie also make me feel like anything more? "Oh is that it?" especially in the ending part. It's really a nice movie worth your time and I had already watched it several times and can even remember some of the conversations in the movie. =P

X-Men: First Class

-Plot-
Before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Before they were archenemies, they were
closest of friends, working together, with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop the greatest threat the world has ever known. In the process, a rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto's Brotherhood and Professor X's X-MEN.

-Review-
The movie opens during World War 2, when young boy Erik is taken to a concentration camp (like the opening of the first X-Men movie). There he meets Sebastian Shaw, a scary Joseph Mengele-like scientist who likes to experiment on
Jews and is especially interested in mutants. In order to force Erik into helping him he shoots his mother. Erik never forgives him for that and spends his whole life looking for revenge. Unfortunately he learns that Shaw is also a mutant. The scientist is even so powerful that it's almost impossible for Erik to kill him. Luckily he bumps into Charles Xavier.
Erik claims that no matter how many times mutants save the world, normal people will always see them as enemies. Professor X still wants to believe in the good of the people. With that message the foundation is laid for the rest of the X-Men series. What makes X-Men First Class really work is the great story. It tells us about the beginning of the mutants and especially the friendship between professor X and Erik Lensherr/Magneto. Although they will drift apart at some time, you know that they will always have respect for each other. In this stage they even become close friends. It is an excellent movie, if you like action movie never miss any of the X-men series!

X-Men Origins : Wolverine

-Plot-
Two mutant brothers, James(before change to Logan) and Victor, born 200 years ago, suffer childhood trauma and have only each other to depend on. Basically, they're fighters and killers, living from war to war through U.S.
history. In modern times, a U.S. colonel, Stryker, recruits them and other mutants as commandos. Logan quits and becomes a logger, falling in love with a local teacher. When Logan refuses to rejoin Stryker's crew the colonel sends the murderous Victor capturing mutants and even kill Logan's girlfriend. Logan now wants revenge, an offer was given from Stryker to make him indestructible.

-Review-
The movie works well as a prequel of the events of the X-Men movies. However,to
enjoy the movie, one must suspend knowledge of the comic book material. The
movie was made for the average movie-goer and a little for the ultra hardcore X-Men comic book reader. The movie is as good as the first X-Men movie, and better than X-Men United and X-Men: The Last Stand. I am actually looking forward to seeing Deadpool origin movie and I am really hoping that all of this work brings it together for a possible X-Men 4. Overall not a bad movie, if you are a fan of wolverine go watch it worth spending 2hour watching it.

X3: X-Men: The Last Stand

-Plot-
It has been several months since The X-Men stopped William Stryker, but that victory came at a price, they have lost Jean Gray when she tried to save them from the collapsed reservoir. Scott Summers (Cyclops) is still grieving about her loss. One day, he came out to the place which is where Jean Gray sacrificed herself. Then, Jean Gray appeared right in front of him. Though, it seemed that after that, Scott had disappeared. Meanwhille, the rift between humans and mutants had finally reached the boiling point. When humans discovered what causes humans to mutate, they have found a cure for the mutation. The X-Men were appalled at this idea. It was not long at all until the news about the cure came to Magneto. He decides to organize an army of mutants and wage his war against the humans. Then, it became clear that Jean Gray evolved into the Pheonix, her new mutant powers are so strong that she can not control her own body...

-Review-
It had a decent storyline which is a direct continuation from X2, and had bleak moments interspersed throughout the movie. A cure has been found, extracted from a fellow mutant boy, which the humans offer to the mutants to become normal again. But just what is normal? There are again plenty of set action pieces, some of which will disappoint, like the beginning which somewhat reeked from a bad
Terminator setting, but on the other end of the spectrum, the Grey House battle is the best among all, beating even the finale. It's full of concurrent action, tense moments, loads of special effects with a dash of character development. In X3, it also show the deep friendship that Magneto has toward Professor X as one part where Pyro say he will kill Professor X if Magneto wants him to but Magneto does not seem to like it he feel that the dead of Professor X is his greatest regret. Overall the movie was enjoyable, if you have watch the first 2 movie you should watch this.

X2: X-Men United

-Plot-
Several months have passed since The X-Men defeated Magneto and imprisoned him in a seemingly impregnable plastic chamber. One day, a mutant by the name of Nightcrawler infiltrates the White House and attempts to assassinate the president, setting off a chain reaction of anti-mutant measures by the government. Meanwhile, Logan is trying to discover his past. As scientist named William Stryker discovers Professor X's secret school and Cerebro, Magneto's partner, Mystique, is planning to break her leader out of prison. But when Professor X's school is attacked by Stryker's forces, Logan, Rogue, Iceman and a few are lucky to escape. Those who remain meet in Boston, where they form an uneasy alliance with Magneto to stop Stryker and rescue Professor X.

-Review-
The story picks up after the events of the first film in a way that pleases the viewers of the first film and is
satisfactory to new viewers. The story is still well written and the pacing has improved a lot from the first film. There are no real slow points during the movie and the director takes special care to cram many of the scenes with breath taking visual effects so the audience will never lose interest. The dialog is once again both very sharp and witty and intelligent and allows for adequate character development. Action wise the film took a major step up from the first film and many of the action scenes are quite simply awesome. We get to see more of Wolverine's feral rage which is always worth a look. All fights scenes with Wolverine are awesome and some of the most entertaining I've seen. All in all X2 is an excellent continuation of the original film and we are nearing something that is more like a saga than a series of films.

X-Men(2000)

-Plot-
In a world where both Mutants and Humans fear each other, Marie D'Ancanto, better known as Rogue, runs away from home and hitches a ride with another mutant, known as Logan, a.k.a. Wolverine. Charles Xavier, who owns a school for young mutants, sends Storm and Cyclops to bring them back before it is too late. Magneto, who believes a war is approaching, has an evil plan in mind, and needs young Rogue to help him.

-Review-
Well I had not really read any of those X-men comic book out there, however after watch this movie makes me
wanting to know more about each of the character. The special powers that the mutant heroes and villains possess are displayed exceptionally. It made me wish that I could have a special power of my own. The special effect in this movie, enhance the great script and acting. The true battle of good VS evil can always make a good movie but when a comic book is adapted into a film it makes the movie even better and make you feel what you see is possible. Though it is an pretty old movie, if you had not watch go and watch it now!
